Not the band, although my daughter and her friends did see them this past Friday in Boston and said they were amazing.
Rather, M is for that fictional, often irrational, and usually elusive beast we writers fondly refer to as our Muse. Here is mine. He sits on my desk and glares at me. Notice the stick... that is so he can beat me when I start to slack off.
I have been know to lend him out to CP's that have lost their writing mojo, and so far, I have had no complaints. So, as ugly as he is, it appears he has his job down pat!
Do you have a physical manifestation of your Muse? If so, I would love to hear what he/she/it looks like.
He's kind of so ugly he's cute...know what I mean? hehe. Good thing he's there to keep you in line!!

DeleteLOL. Awesome. My muse is my pillow. Or bed. Or what happens in my head while both are employed. I think there's a story fairy who dusts my sleeping place just so she can giggle at my lack of time and frustration when stories threaten to overrun my sanity. =)

DeleteI don't have a physical muse although after seeing yours, I really want one. What a character you have, in your muse. My muse is sometimes the beauty in our backyard, as our house faces a creek, so it feels like we live in the country but we're really in town. I'd have to say that my cats and dog are my other muses. My husband encourages me but he's not keen on carrying a big stick ;-) Keep up the good work on Blogging A to Z.
